Designed for people who have an interest in or passion for coffee and want to learn the key principles and techniques of espresso coffee making. After covering foundational theory, you’ll develop your espresso technique under the personal instruction of our skilled baristas. This class covers:

  • Fundamentals of coffee extraction
  • Preparing shots
  • Calibrating an espresso machine
  • Preparing milk for latte art
  • Pouring latte art
  • Basic cleaning and espresso machine maintenance tips

Time: Classes start at 19.00 (unless otherwise stated) and run for 2 hours
Class Size: 3–5 people
No prior barista training is required
